Mehrangarh Fort
A fort that grows straight out of a 120 m cliff over the blue city — and one of the best-run museum forts in India.
History & Background
Founded by Rao Jodha in 1459 when he moved the Marwar capital; expanded over five centuries by successive Rathore rulers.
